WHAT IT IS
Front and back are both fully printed and BOPP laminated - what the trade calls a both side bag. Made to order for packing Sona Masuri Rice.
BASIC SPECIFICATIONS
- Material: PP woven fabric (polypropylene) with a printed BOPP film laminated on top
- Printing: Multi-color rotogravure printing under the film, so the print does not scratch or wash off (number of colors as per your design)
- Bag weight: 53 to 90 grams per bag, depending on the size
- Capacity: 26 kg (this is our standard bag, and the size shown in the photos); 5 kg, 10 kg, 25 kg, 50 kg and other sizes from 1 kg to 50 kg are also made to order
- Bottom: machine stitched, single or double fold
- Top: open mouth - ready for stitching or heat sealing on your existing line
- Sizes: any width x length, made to your requirement
- Minimum order quantity: 10, 000 bags

Send your design in AI, CDR or PDF - we share a design proof and a sample bag for your approval before the full run. Bags are supplied in pressed bales, strapped and wrapped for safe transport.
